MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND SUPPORT PLAN

American Partners AMP, LLC offers the following services to Texas Independent School Districts:

(A) Equipment maintenance and product support including operator training for all of the equipment provided.

(B) The manufacturer’s equipment warranty and provide any services required in obtaining the warranty.

(C) Guarantee to make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state until at least the third anniversary of the date the product is discontinued.
